This habit is life changing. It makes me want to push myself to talk about topics and ideas for my business, some days it is a diary, and some days it is a place where i can rant. But I always feel better for seeing the little green note on the right hand side of the page when I reach my daily goal. I’m on my way to three straight months of being on the Wall of Awesomeness, a Phoenix badge and 100,000 words. I can do this!! You can too, just make it a habit every day.
