The Good Patrons of 750 Words

My 9 year old son has started writing words everyday. He has really got into it and I see it of being even more beneficial to him as it is to us adults. The only issue is that 750 words is too much for someone his age. The only change needed for a kids edition is to reduce the word count based on the age of the user. I would guess that 250 or 300 would be right for the under 12s, and 500 for the under 16s.
