The Good Patrons of 750 Words

I think this is the closest I’ve come to experiencing alchemy. For the past 30 days, the crud that floats around at the top of my mind, has been flushed out onto the page in a daily rinse. I thought it would be a chore, or doomed to failure as so many past attempts at regular writing have been, but instead I actually find myself looking forward to the 20 or so minutes of free-writing, first thing in the morning.

I’ve had a couple of ‘off’ days. I did try to cheat with a cut and paste job, and that was a mistake. I felt oddly stitched up, by myself, and I won’t be doing that again.

Anyway, what I really mean to say, is this: something profound is happening, and I don’t really understand it, but I like it. Thank you for the site.
