I try to write about everything I can remember from my day. And it amazes me what I find – so many little things that would have passed without a second thought if I didn’t take this time to recall them. Writing about each little incident enables me to evaluate what matters and what doesn’t. To quote Anita Brookner “You never know what you will learn until you start writing. Then you discover truths you never knew existed.”
