with an Ipad app, many middle and high schools could use the site to improve their writing scores just by having kids PRACTICE daily. I’d like to see something like this for Elementary Schools (being a teacher) that is somewhat shorter… maybe 250 pages so the second and third graders don’t go into a panic. It could very easily be sold to school districts for a certain number of access sites, and the schools shuck out big money for things they think will improve scores. Something like this, that gives stats and badges and a plethora of ‘sloppy copy’ writing that kids could look back at for later revising up would be fish in a barrel. Look into it. Having an Ipad App would only make it that much more attractive to them, seeing as the Ipads are making a huge show in the schools lately.
