The Good Patrons of 750 Words

I’ve decided to go for the “50,000 words in one month” badge. Increasing the number of words I write each day, to meet that goal, caused something I could have predicted, but didn’t really think about before I started: the depth of the writing, rather than just scratching the surface with 750 words per day, has brought out issues and topics and insights I would not have otherwise examined. I find myself paying less attention to the word counter and more attention to getting my thoughts out onto the page.
