I practiced daily Morning Pages religiously when my daughter was first born and I needed a centering activity to guide me through newly-found fatherhood. This challenge has put me back in the routine of writing at a time my daughter is now 17, I’m nearing the end of my career as professor, and I feel the need for a rejuvenation.
