The Good Patrons of 750 Words

I have been on 750 Words since May 2011, and TODAY I finally hit 3 million words! I love this place for brainstorming, clearing my head, planning things, detailing my day—all kinds of reasons. There have been times when I haven’t felt like writing, but get on here and voila, I find things to write! Now that my streak is over 1000 days (after years of off-again on-again writing), writing on 750 Words is a well-ingrained habit. It’s nice to just get on and let my fingers go, typing whatever I feel like typing. So thank you, 750 Words, for the motivation to do my writing. Also, I love the badges—that tiny extra bit of motivation of working toward a badge is sometimes all I need.
