I signed up for this service as a paid member five years ago today. It was a little erratic at first, but I’m sitting on a nearly three and a half year long streak at this point. (I had a year and blew it. I was pretty depressed about that, actually, and missed most of a week while I was sulking.) “Have you done your journal entry?” is a loving reminder daily from my partner, who knows how much it helps me emotionally to have this outlet.
