The Good Patrons of 750 Words
A Note of Inspiration from runningman

The time it takes me to write 750 words non-stop is around 20 minutes. And 20 minutes is roughly considered a ‘flow’ state of creativity. So my advice is, if you’re not doing it already: write non-stop, don’t get distracted. See how you feel about it. Oh, and don’t stop at 750. If you have it in you, get it out. Have a break. Then go for 1,500. (It’s only taken me a few years to work this out. But hey, better late than never, right?) Thanks 750 words for all that you are.
