The Good Patrons of 750 Words

Tomorrow will be my 65th birthday. Thanks are to God for allowing me to see this day. All my life I have loved writing. I have always known that there are books hidden within me. In Highschool, I was part of a creative writing club, and I wrote every day. Poems letters short stories essays and I always said I would write a book or two or three. My teacher encouraged me to get some of my writings published and I planned to do just that when I graduated. Long story short, my collection of writings was stolen from my locker on the last day of school, and I became discouraged from writing. I still write a little. A poem for each of my children’s births, personal cards to special people, and journals I started keeping after I experienced Breast CA, but nothing significant. Until, 750 Words a day. I started writing on April 15, and I have consistently wrote every day since. then. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment. Thank You for this site.
