Since finding 750 words I have switched between this and the Meditation game Playne on Steam for different forms of self-reflection.

While I would never say I don’t have the need to look internally as much (no longer on anti-depressants and am now in a healthy mind state) I have switched from needing 750 Words as self-medication and refection to a way to remind and motivate myself to just……..write.
