Today I wrote my 1000th page on the 1006th day of membership. That isn’t a streak, but as much as I enjoy collecting badges, the satisfaction is in the writing. I built plans, worked through difficulties, drafted articles, and recorded moments of joy and sorrow in those thousand pages. None of that would have happened without this site and the encouragement to keep writing. Thank you for this safe place and the insight the statistics give me. I am a better writer now than I was 1006 days ago.
