I use 750Words.com to declutter my brain to get a clearer mind before my day start. I use it to reflect and be thankful about my day before I end my day. I tend to sleep better. I write to brainstorm my thoughts and ideas then set goals afterward. Lastly, I use to share all my expressions and feelings here and not to share to a person so I tend to talk less with others since I used this website even to my love one or to my best friends. I tend to listen more to them talking than to talk like I used to which is great because i get to learn more about them. Writing is therapeutic for me especially writing freely and not worry that people will read your writing later. Therefore, my heart and mind are more open to write because of this I have explore a lot of great ideas or many amazing ideas and thoughts have revealed to me. Loving it.
