The way you do one thing is the way you do anything – I believe this adage in looking at my use of this website and reflecting on the patterns in my life I wish to change. I believed at first simply writing for 30 days in a row would be easy, but I have failed the challenge 3 times now. It’s helping me to see how my brain is wired and overcome those deeply trenched self-defeating habits that keep me from reaching major life goals.
