750 words has allowed me to process thoughts that otherwise become like a circular loop in my head. I am able to expel them and stop any mental storm get out of hand. I then can focus and take action. I’ve become more disciplined as a result. It took a while for this to happen. About a month in I started dedicating myself to more and more things. Writing every day was just the start.
