I am a Veteran, bi-polar, objectivist, artist, and as you can imagine, these combinations of things are quite vexing at their simplest forms. This site has given me the ability to look at my thought stream in an analytical process, and separate the negative words and thoughts in the most basic form. It has been enlightening, to say the least. On top of sorting my thoughts from one another and seeing them in graph format, I have been able to re-set a regiment type of schedule for myself, which I had only been offered in the armed forces. It has been the re-budding of a long remnant root, and I can see the leaves of green. I have never been more thrilled to subscribe to something monthly, and cannot sing the praises enough. I will be using it with my therapist/psychiatrist to aid in future analytical evaluations!
