Currently exporting concatenates an entire month’s of writing into one text file.
I suggest a feature where the downloader bundles the month into a tar (or zip) archive where each day’s entry is a file with an appropriate timestamp even for that day/month/year.

What do you say? I can help you make it. I’m very fluent with node.js, linux, java, c++, postgres, mongodb… not sure what you have back there but I’ll help you out with that.
