A Note of Inspiration from Anne ONeill

1 cup

I followed The Artists Way practice of writing for 3 months about 10 years ago. So it wasn’t too tough to pick up. Writing gives a sense of completion to observations and idle disconnected thoughts. It ought to help me with memory recall of conversations and eadings, as I’ve learned from Benedict Carey’s in “How We Learn.” It’s retrieval practice, a freeform recall that tests my memory within the same day. It leaves my mind less cluttered to get on to the next thing. Almost like the meditative quality of sketching or painting.
