This is literally the best thing ever, it helps me iron out my thoughts when I don’t have anyone else to talk to, talking to other people can sometimes (many times) make it worse, this is like talking, talking to myself, giving myself confidence, it’s helped me get over a few bad habits and addictions, so i’m really grateful this exists Xxx
