My mind was feeling free and i was acting most natural, i was fully presnt and i was feeling heard and spoken. This was my first experience. of writing 750 words. One day i wrote about some very sensitive childhood incidents, another day I wrote about some creative and productive additions in my daily schedule. i wrote being most honest to myself, Knowing that it is something which completely confidential i completely opened up. By now having written for more than 100 days and some 125 K words, i feel a lot known to myself, a lot aware about my actions, a lot informed about what i inside me, a lot supported. I call this 20-30 mins a holy time where i connect to some great power and i get all the solution which i look for. i really appreciate the motivational rewards which this plateform uses. this is something which has forced me to stick to this website.
