I came across this site when i was going through a very rough patch and needed to clear my head of excessive, messy thoughts daily, sometimes twice daily. Al I can say is that it helped me recover from a terrible breakup which then, with a clear mind, I managed to turn into a great relationship. Right now, a buddy of mine is going through some tough times, too. I challenged him to write at least 20 straight days. I had to throw in a steak dinner offer to get him to try it, if he manages.
