is that a bug or a piece of rice? oh, okay- rice. good. Hot in here. where was I? oh- words, yeah… great site, love the badges, and dumping thoughts, practicing presence and noticing and describing, like the way my wrist hurts at the moment and I really want more coffee but I’ll just finish this first, and man, it’s quiet in here, except for the sound of kids going by outside and somebody taking in their garbage cans. what a clatter, oh and that is a truck going by, with a roar and a crunch of snow, I don’t really want to go outside today but oh, well. what did i want to say? yes! this site is great. Really helpful and good practice. Gets me into the habit of habits and makes it hard for me to read the drivel i have written and then get all critical and stop because its not perfect but when I do write something ‘good’ I cut and paste it and then use it maybe to do something else later. Useful. i think i said that already. Thanks : )
