I was on a good streak once then I got busy and missed a day. It was such a miserable feeling that I stopped writing for a while. That missed day was just one where I forgot to login until it was too late.

It would be great if you could use a service like IFTTT to send you reminders. I’d set up a formula like “IF it’s 7 PM and I haven’t completed 750 words THEN send an SMS to my phone.” That sort of thing. IFTTT would offer lots of other neat options like automatic backup to Google Drive or whatever.
