About a month ago I decided I need to get my brain healthier so I decided to journal, play brain games, do yoga and talk a walk daily. This website has been such a blessing. I’ve kept up with it everyday and I can feel myself getting emotionally healthier. I did therapy for about 3 years and I feel this is even better as I’m able to dump whatever is on my brain every day. Getting validation from the stats is icing on the cake!
