The Good Patrons of 750 Words

I was just thinking this morning about what a difference this writing habit has made for me. I always thought of myself as a writer who did not write, but that is no longer the case. I have to say that the badges and the email and the stats all motivate me to keep going, and that the streak REALLY motivates me. I was traveling two weeks ago by train for several days, and thought through thoroughly the logistics to be sure I could be someone each day to ensure my streak stayed alive.

Thanks for this site/ BTW, it was a nice surprise this morning to see a shiny new pterodactyl in the reminder email.
