I know it’s superficial and not core to the service you’re providing, but having a “sexy” site you log into to do daily writing makes the experience more attractive… So, I’m more likely to refer friends and be really proud to do so. That aside, what you guys are providing is EXCELLENT and obviously sufficient for customers to extract value and meet their writing goals.
