the idea of private, that is, secret ,writing, was what brought me onto this site at first – I am not confident about showing my work to people- and i have difficulty finishing things because of the need to keep my work secret but the confidence that has come with knowing i can get up every day and actually sit down and write something has opened up my life and given me a sense of accomplishment i haven’t had from other work -not even other writing work. this new confidence has made me decide to post a note here to say, publicly, that thanks to these pages i am starting to believe i am a real writer and to allow myself to discover my ‘real writer’ on these pages -Already , i get up every day knowing that I am going to meet my writer on these pages -
