It would track the word count, words/min, date/time, and whether you’ve paused for more than 3 minutes before making it to 750 words. It would alert you when you’d hit 750 words, and allow you to save your writing locally (or on dropbox or equivalent) and/or send it to 750words.com for upload. Advanced features might include the ability to set custom word-count targets.
