The Good Patrons of 750 Words
A Note of Inspiration from Barrie Trinkle
1 cup
I think my longest streak of writing here is 32 days, and I returned to it yesterday after a very long hiatus, far too long. Because doing this every day, even though what I write is often whiny and self-serving and pretentious, is like eating vegetables. I get addicted to how good I feel about my own willpower for eating vegetables, and attached to the flavor and crunch of the vegetables themselves, and at last I begin to think that I see a difference in myself because of them. And that’s what writing is like. So I’m glad to be back.
