The Good Patrons of 750 Words

This is my Note of Shame.

I had committed to donating another $15 to 750 Words if I blew the August Challenge. At the time I made that commitment I had about 120 days in a row so I really didn’t think it would be that big of a deal. I was going for my annual badge so of course I would write every day in August.

And then I had a great day last Friday, more bustling than busy, spending time with colleagues and family from the early morning until late at night…only to wake up Saturday thinking “Oh no! I didn’t write yesterday!”

So I have made my payment and I have climbed back up on the horse and I hope to see you all with a Note of Success at the end of September.
