So, after a streak of 448 days of writing, I missed yesterday due to an unusual routine. And this morning, there was no freaking out, no beating myself up. Just an acknowledgement of the skip, a wry chuckle, and getting back to writing. Writing daily has become a part of my world, thanks to this site. Of course I’d like to continue my streak past 448 this time, but I’ve come to see that writing is it’s own reward, streak or no streak. Thanks to all!
