my confidence has improved so much, I find that writing a l stream of consiousness and not thinking as I write realy really helps the flow, to begin with the fact that there was no spell check put me off but have a new strategy and just keep typing till I get the spelling right and this keeps the flow. the brain is an amazing thing, many thanks for being there. am amazed that I can write 750 words in thirteen minutes, that is good, would never have believed I could do that!
