I was just introduced to this site by a very good friend of mine and it’s changed the whole way I approach my day. Doing this exercise every morning does more than just clear my head of preoccupations; it helps me start my day at zero. A clear head has done wonders for my workday and wonders for my creativity throughout my workday. I love this site and if I have to pay to use it, so be it.
