I wish you hadn’t said on the site that you wouldn’t charge for it (and it does still say that), when you have now moved to that decision. It’s a bit of a bait and switch. It’s understandable to charge, I suppose, but I wish that had been clearer earlier on. Can you please advise all users of this change via email? And can you clarify how and if we can pay a year or more up front at a lower rate?
