The Good Patrons of 750 Words

As a graduate student I have to write all the time. Notes on readings, papers, grant proposals, etc, etc, ad nauseam. All that writing I HAVE to do has sucked the joy out of writing just for the sake of writing. This is my first full month on 750words and I am shooting for the challenge, and as a personal challenge to myself, I’m going to try and focus on my first love: fiction. And then forgive myself when I devolve into a stream of consciousness rant, because those are good for the soul too. Good luck to everyone shooting for that perfect month to finish off the year.
