The Good Patrons of 750 Words

It feels absolutely wonderful to re-connect with my “Writing Self” on this site. When I first found 750words.com, I launched in and was able to sustain a 180 day streak, racking up badges and producing over 100,000 words. And then, I just stopped. Dried up. All of my other writing (blogs, promotional pieces for my business, etc.) also ground to a screeching halt. I realize that I have been away for 9 months — so something new was clearly gestating in my unconscious.
Now I am on a 10-day streak, and have started a new blog where the new ideas are birthing and finding a voice. Thank you, 750, for being here as a foundation for my writing, and a place to “prime the pump” for the voice that I now realize must be allowed to flow.
