Yesterday I flew across the country, and was too rushed to write in the airport as I was planning to do (thank you, free wifi at SeaTac). Thus, my 100+ day streak has now turned into nothing, which strangely feels liberating. It turns out I don’t just write for badges and rewards. While a great perk, I am now happily motivated to write for the joy of writing. I look forward to this space every morning, where my brain can whirr its thoughts into my fingers for 15 minutes.
