I started using this site just about two and a half months ago, and I have noticed a profound difference in my outlook on life and my mood. Writing, even just a little each day with no particular agenda, has allowed me to discover frustrations I had that I didn’t even know about, and to clear them from my subconscious giving me a level of peace I hadn’t experienced in years!
