I am a professional writer. I write when I am inspired. Or when I’m hired to write. This site has helped me take a step back from that and just to write without that pay check or without waiting for that undependable devil inspiration. Taking on the challenge of writing a set amount each day, and the knowledge that that set amount is being tracked by the site has added focus and direction to my writing. And guess what? Inspiration has often shown up at times when it’s unexpected and it’s certainly shown up more frequently lately. This site been useful. And I’m grateful.
