The Good Patrons of 750 Words

There’s a reason I’ve waited till I’d completely finished the first monthly challenge to make a donation. You see, normally with things like this, I start off with a hiss and a roar, but find my enthusiasm quickly dwindles after the initial buzz wears off. But here I am on 750words, 6 weeks after starting, and still going strong. I haven’t found something this good for my writing (and mental health?), well, ever. I’ve known for a long time that I should be in the habit of daily writing, but, well, I’m not a very disciplined person. But this website has, somehow, magically provided me with just the right incentives I need to keep it up. I don’t know if it the simple, yet excellent site design, the slightly-competitive element, or the geeky stats and what-not, but it’s working. Thanks Buster. Love it.
