The Good Patrons of 750 Words

I am currently on my 19th straight day of the October challenge. I have written for many years but never daily for this many days in a row. The most significant thing I have noticed about me since I began this challenge is how easily I let my emotions get in the way of my writing goals. The reward for following through has been that I am beginning to discover patterns of thought, themes I wasn’t aware of and that’s an exciting breakthrough. I may try writing at the same time each day for the duration of this month, see if I am able to discover anything else about me, or my work. Thank you 750 words for making it so interesting [love the stats] to help my writing along. It’s definitely been a challenge for me to get here everyday, also, to just let the words rip across the page without concern for how it looks or sounds. Both of which are helping to open up my mind.
