The Good Patrons of 750 Words

After a long and circuitous route through graduate school I’ve found myself in the last few months of dissertation writing. I’d always assumed it would get easier at the end, but I have spent countless mornings fretting over the littlest things.
750words has been my salvation. It is the first place I go each morning, and it gives me a space to warm up my fingers and clear my head. I can set goals for the day or vent frustrations. I am grateful for this resource and for the things it has allowed me to learn about the writing process and myself.
