I’m at 127 days of writing, and the daily practice has helped me dig into some truths and get some insights. Some days, I write just so I don’t break my streak and I’ve come to realize it’s the daily “showing up” that makes the breakthroughs come. It is in consistency that my brain starts to relax and know it will get some time to let stuff out. Thanks one more time for a beautiful site that brings such happiness to the world!
